If you have a CD then go to point 3. How to transfer the data:
We recommend:
1. If you have only film, perhaps you can scan or transfer the images into imaging data files (in a standard graphic format *.jpeg, *.jpg) and send them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please make sure you identify yourself in the e-mail.

2. Image CDs (MRIs, CTs, X-rays, Discograms, etc.) and image hard copies can be directly mailed to:

ProSpine
Dr. Bertagnoli / Dr. Fenk-Mayer
Postnummer 239 579 99
Packstation Nr. 105
Regensburg
D-93051 Germany.

or in the US to:
904 Albany Court
Raleigh, NC 27615

We recommend using United States Postal Service as service from the USA . They transition smoothly with German DHL. Delivery is very reliable and fast. Do not use FEXEX or UPS>

Please make sure to set the value to 0 $. Assigning an amount in $ will result in unnecessary custom fees for you and hamper the delivery.

Please do not used registered mail – it is not needed in sending copies. And can again delay delivery considerably.

3. If you are somewhat tech savvy, you can also transfer you image CD (MRIs, CTs, X-rays, Discograms, etc.) to us over the Internet. These instructions are for Windows XP. They give exact the steps on how to compress/zip all the folders and files on your CD into a single zip file and then upload that file to us. If have you another operating system, you can still upload your zipped file in the same way, however you may have to find another method for compressing/zipping the folders and files.
or you can have it done for you if you mail a copy of the CDs in the US to:
904 Albany Court
Raleigh, NC 27615

Here are the step by step instruction:

If you do not have a compression/zip program go to www.izarc.org and download Izarc, the first button to click looks like the one on the right.

The next image shows the next button to click to get the software (the green button), as the website directs you to a new page. The download should begin on the next page.

The user clicks the "Save File" button to put the software on their computer.

Click OK. Izarc.org is a trusted source.

Next we test the installation of the software. If you right-click on the start button you should see the option to explore as shown below:

Left-click on the "Explore" option and Windows Explorer will open. Some computers can be configured differently, but the main point is to get to Windows Explorer.

Navigate to your CD drive, usually the D drive on most computers and then highlight all the folders and files on the CD. The right click in the highlight area. Izarc should be an option. If not, you may have to reboot your computer, to see Izarc in this menu. Then start with the right-click on the Start button in the previous steps. Now select ADD to Archive File...
As shown below the file selection will default to the drive with your CD, but you cannot write it there , because the CD is very likely to be wirte protected, so one should put it on their desktop, as shown in the next image.

Navigation to desk top shown below.

Please name the file with your last name first, first name, type of image and the date it was taken. See the Joe Doe example below.

Now click the "Add" button".

You should see a progress bar like the one below, as the program zips the files.

Now you are done. Please upload this file to the patient evaluation program site.
